Hello! It’s lovely to meet you…

A bit about me

My journey to becoming a counsellor has been shaped by both my personal experiences and many years of study and exploration. Over time, I’ve delved into a wide range of psychological, spiritual, and body-based approaches, in an attempt to understand what it means to be human.

Through facing my own struggles – and the lived experience of searching for the right kind of support – I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for help. My experiences have deeply influenced the way I work today. They have shown me how important it is to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and genuinely supportive.

My intention…

I aim to provide a safe, calming and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, understood, and empowered on your own journey of healing and growth. I believe everyone already carries an endless inner source of wisdom, resilience, and self-compassion within them. My role is to help create the conditions where those parts of you can be rediscovered and strengthened.

Who do I work with?

I work with adults of all ages from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing challenges in their personal or professional lives. Clients often come to counselling when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or are seeking greater self-understanding and change.

I support adults who may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety, stress, or feeling overwhelmed

  • Depression or low mood

  • Life transitions (career changes, relocation, parenthood, retirement)

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Grief and loss

  • Burnout or work-related stress

  • Low self-esteem or self-doubt

  • Personal growth and self-discovery

Making that first call can be the hardest step! If you’re unsure, uncertain, or have questions, I’d love to chat. Reach out and book a discovery call here.
